I build stories and lead people. My background is a mix of film direction, writing and hands-on project management. I like clear goals, kind teams and work that matters a little beyond the deliverable. I’m currently developing a feature film with Vic and Jose and finishing a book. I’m open to collaborations where storytelling, strategy and craft meet — without losing the human tone.

Experience (selected)

Freelance Director, Writer & Project Manager — 2013–present

• Led cross-functional teams on documentaries, series and impact projects for DR, TV 2 and independent producers.
• Owned end-to-end delivery: scoping, planning, budgeting, partners and deadlines.
• Raised funds and built partnerships with broadcasters, foundations and NGOs.
• Facilitated co-creation with young people, experts and stakeholders when the work called for it.

Consultant, DR Culture — 2018–2020

• Advised on digital formats and audience engagement with a focus on young viewers.
• Directed the TV documentary Frederik IX.
• Assistant Director on the award-winning series Ride Upon the Storm (Herrens Veje).
• Researched youth media behaviour and developed concepts for new formats.

Co-founder & Volunteer, NGO-tv / Danish Red Cross — 2008–2010

• Produced humanitarian storytelling and campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.

Now

• Developing a feature film with Vic and Jose (concept, script, financing in progress).
• Writing a book (structure locked; daily pages; aiming for manuscript completion).
• Exploring part-time/project roles that support — not replace — the creative work.
